The PAL Soccer Skills Camp is focused on teaching basic skills including but not limited to passing, dribbling, and controlled shooting. Participants will learn hard work, determination, and discipline through off the ball fitness that will prepare them for drills, scrimmages, and can also be utilized to cross train for other sports. Each session begins with a warmup and stretch before transitioning into drills. The session will end with a small-sided scrimmage to put the newly learned skills to the test!
Originally from Compton, CA, played four years as a Safety for the Fresno State football team, where he developed his leadership and teamwork skills. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and has dedicated 25 years to law enforcement. Alongside his professional career, Bernard has seven years of coaching experience, serving as the head coach for both of his daughters' recreational soccer teams, blending his passion for mentorship, family, and community involvement.

A former Division I soccer player with a four-year scholarship at Sacramento State and an accomplished athletic career, including three Valley Championships at Buchanan High School and a 2011 State Cup title with East Fresno United Fusion. She played seven WPSL seasons with three teams, showcasing her dedication to the sport. Kristen holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Sacramento State and a Master's degree from the University of Oklahoma, and has nine years of experience in law enforcement, combining her passion for athletics and public service.
A talented freshman on the Fresno City College women's soccer team, bringing a strong leadership background as the captain of Fresno Christian High School's varsity soccer team. Recognized for her outstanding skills, she was named the 2024 NYSL League MVP and served as the captain for the 2023 Valley All-Star Game. With two years of experience as an ECNL player, Emma continues to excel both on and off the field, showcasing her dedication to the game and her leadership abilities.
